Shipping, Refund & Replacement
Asora Gifts & Events offers standard and express shipping. Our candles are made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for dispatch from our studio in Sydney Australia. All our products will be wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged in the best way so the product doesn’t get damaged while in transit. All our customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been given into the Australian post office.
Shipping is available Australia wide. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items and if it’s standard or express shipping. Standard shipping’s time frame is between 2-9 business days and express is 1-4 business days but this also depends on the location of where our customers live in Australia.
If an item or candle favour arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing asoragiftsandevents@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once we receive the photos, we will assess the damage and provide instructions for the return.
To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged items must be sent back to us first. After we receive the returned items, we will remake the products and ship them back to you.
If there is not enough time before your event date for us to remake the items, customers will still be required to return the damaged products to us. Once received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Return & Reshipping Costs (50/50 shared):
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the damaged items back to us.
We will cover the shipping cost when sending the remade items back to the customer.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
No refunds or replacements are offered for change of mind.
Candles
All our candles are handmade and made to order. Meaning once we receive the order we individually make them. All our candles are hand poured meaning natural air bubbles may occur. Colours may slightly be different due to them being handcrafted. Please note that the colours of our handmade candles may vary slightly from the pictures as well due to differences in lighting conditions during photography. This gives each of our candles their own uniqueness, this isn’t a warrant for a refund or replacement. Again if a product does come damaged please do follow the steps under the shipping, refund and replacement policy above.
